CIVIL SERVICES WITH NEELESH
Neelesh Kumar Singh, founder of Civil Services with Neelesh, secured AIR 442 in UPSC CSE 2021 and AIR 37 in SSC CGL and later joined firstly as Assistant Enforcement Officer in Enforcement Directorate. He also later qualified Staff Selection Commission twice more to get selected as Income Tax Inspector and later Excise Inspector. But, his dreams made him to finally qualify UPSC CSE 2021 with Rank 442. In the midway, he authored the book - UPSC and State PSC Booster which made the journey of lakhs of aspirant easier. Coming from a modest background, he started this platform for UPSC in Novemebr 2022 to help aspirants who lack access to expensive coaching. His mission: to make quality/authentic UPSC guidance, notes, and mentorship accessible to every deserving candidate—regardless of background or budget.

What began as a mission has now become a movement
Civil Services with Neelesh was born not from a business plan—but from a purpose. When Neelesh Kumar Singh (AIR 442, UPSC CSE 2021), a son of a lower-middle-class family, cleared the toughest exam in India through self-belief, discipline, and smart strategy, he knew thousands of equally capable aspirants were still struggling—not for talent, but for the right guidance.
The first batch had just five students—aspirants who couldn’t afford expensive coaching but had big dreams and relentless drive. What they needed was not a classroom, but a mentor. And that's what Neelesh became—a mentor who had lived their journey.
